We are currently in the process of hiring employees to work on abrasive blasting crews mostly oilfield related.
Duties will include clean out of tanks and vessels (shoveling and sweeping), filling abrasive blast pots, loading blast trucks and other duties that may include some lifting.
Preference given to those having valid safety tickets (first-aid\CPR, H2S, confined space).
Essential Skills
- Oral communication
- Working with others
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.)
- Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
- Standard First Aid Certificate
- Hydrogen Sulphide Awareness (H2S) Certificate
- Driver's licence
- Confined Space Entry
Weight Handling
- Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
