Description

We are currently looking for a Manager to oversee
one of our successful Regina locations as we
prepare to grow the number of franchises we have
in the area.

     The successful candidate will be responsible
for the day to day operation of a single location,
reporting to the area's General Manager.  

Responsibilities
Ensure each location is operating in accordance
with New York Fries standards & procedures.
Ensure each location is operating in accordance
with local health & safety regulations.
Recruitment, hiring, & training.
Development & implementation of local store
marketing strategies.
Evaluation & participation in daily operations.
Collection & analysis of data. Implementation of
strategies based on analysis.

     The successful candidate should be a self-
motivated, goal oriented individual with natural
leadership qualities and strong communication
skills. The candidate will prove to be adept in
the areas of delegating, motivation, and analysis.
Knowledge of Excel is an asset. Our strength as a
company is in our quality product and high
standard of customer service. Upbeat, energetic,
friendly and outgoing will be qualities needed to
excel at customer service in our restaurants.
