Reporting to the Production Superintendent the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Production equipment tracking
Production equipment invoice verification
Tracking of safety credentials for the operations team
Shut in well reporting
Creating new land files as required
Other responsibilities as directed by the Production Superintendent
Qualifications:
Previous administrative experience required and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Excellent computer skills a must
Must be organized with strong attention to detail while managing multiple priorities
Ability to take direction and follow through in a timely and professional manner
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to clearly communicate at all levels and provide resolution to complex issues
Must be a motivated self-starter
