We have an exciting opportunity for a Branch Manager for our Peterbilt dealership in Regina!
Reporting to the General Manager, the Branch Manager is responsible for managing operations within the dealership
to maximize return on investments and establish objectives for the store to achieve performance expectations.
Here is what youll focus on:
- Developing effective relationships with customers, suppliers, employees at the branch and SRO offices, and in the
community
- Managing the daily operations of the branch, recognizing what is in the best interest of the branch and company;
making decisions accordingly
- Working with department managers to create and implement business plans, forecasts, sales targets and operating
budgets
- Primary focus is enhancing customer service levels with an increased focus on the development of parts and
service Departments
- Ensuring increased sales and profitability while maintaining a focus on creating a positive work environment
About You
- You have a minimum of 4 years industry experience in daily truck dealership operations with a clear understanding
of the transportation industry and solid product knowledge
- You have done all the heavy lifting and obtained a Bachelors Degree in business management or a minimum 5 years
business management experience
- Others describe you as being very flexible, organized and team driven with excellent interpersonal communication
skills
- You have a remarkable ability to understand and execute corporate goals and direction
- You adapt well to changing business conditions and continuous growth
