Adecco is currently recruiting a Intermediate Level Clerk to provide Administrative Services for one of Federal Government Clients. Job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Proofreading and interpret terms and condiitons.
- Compose and process routine correspondence to and from lawyers and medical experts as required
- Update the internal database
- Manage electronic files
- Utilize office equipment - photocopiers, printers, scanners, etc
Qualifications
- Must have high attention to detail
- Previous experience with editing and proofreading documents
- Minimum one (1) year experience using MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook
- Minimum six (6) months experience using an electronic database such as Access or Oracle.
- Must also have excellent communications and writing skills.
- Able to pass a Government Security Clearance
Hour of Work: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm with a half hour lunch break
