CUSTOMER SALES REPRESENTATIVE



As a Customer Sales Representative, you will:



*Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients
*Perform collections activities for past due accounts
*Provide excellent, in-store customer service and ensure high presentation standards for the branch
*Drive new customer acquisition through community sales and marketing execution
*Communicate loan agreements and terms and conditions to customers  
*Identify and sell product offerings by easyfinancial  
*Complete customers verification and documentation



What you need to work with us:



*Excellent oral and written communication skills
*Proven track record in achieving daily targets
*Strong organizational, time management, and computer skills
*Ability to work autonomously, multi-task, set priorities, and have a flexible work schedule
*High School Diploma or equivalent is required
*Prior experience in sales, retail, call centre, credit, collections, and/or the pay day or consumer loan industry is an asset
*Successful candidates must pass a credit and criminal background check, and have a full Provincial Drivers License to be considered for this position
