Essence Recruitment is partnering with PATTISON
Outdoor Advertising, Canadas largest Out-of-Home
advertising company.This exciting company is
looking to bring in their next highly motivated
Leasing Account Executive to be part of their
Leasing Department, and help grow business in
Regina.

Position Responsibilities
Get a feel for the advertising location through a
site drive, pictures, and mock-ups
Assess whether the sign location will meet
requirements of municipal bylaws
Collect and analyze the financial data in order to
recommend an appropriate lease fee/rate
Prepare permit applications and outline parameters
for the lease agreement
Negotiate the property lease agreement with the
landowner
Liaise with city officials to secure all required
sign permits
Work with the Operations Department to coordinate
sign construction

Skills / Requirements
3-5 years professional work experience
Energetic, entrepreneurial, go-getter
Track-record of tangible results and
accomplishments

Strong presentation, communication, and
negotiation skills
Sales experience an asset
Post-secondary business education an asset
Property leasing experience an asset
