Reporting to the Senior Administrative Assistant, an employee in this position will provide clerical and administrative support services within a regional office environment. Services include processing letters, forms, memorandums, reports, minutes, spreadsheets, legal and other documents, performing reception duties, receiving and forwarding inquiries, processing mail, undertaking records and database maintenance responsibilities and assisting with routine administration functions within the office.

The successful candidate should possess Completion of a one-year Office Education program or similar program.
