Duties to include:
Day to day scheduling of equipment for repairs or service
Answering telephone calls for service department
Organizing the ongoing work in the shop
Assisting technicians to locate service and unit information
Assisting technicians in ordering parts for units
ensuring all parts and labour charges have been logged for each work order
