We are searching for Branch Sales Manager to drive Sales activities at the full-service dealership in Kindersley.
A successful candidate will possess the following skills and abilities to carry out the described responsibilities listed below:
Overseeing all aspects of Sales Management, inventory management, and distribution, with the mandate of driving operational performance and leading the diverse team to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will have full P&L responsibility for sales within the dealership and should manage with a
highly visible, hands-on approach and provide the leadership and vision to fuel the growth of the branch.
They should be motivated to attend to the detailed aspects of this position while focusing on profit issues,
Key contact for customer issues and seek resolutions.

SKILL / KNOWLEDGE:

Effective and strong presentations and communication skills with the ability to communicate with large teams and Senior level management.
Strong negotiation, relationship building and influencing skills and behaviors.
Consistent track record of performance and meeting targets and KPIs .
Demonstrates high technical acumen.
Experience in sale of Agriculture and/or Construction equipment in a Regional capacity.
Strong coaching/leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide sales representatives.
