Job Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Driving, operating and maintaining equipment
- Utilizing high pressure and clean water, the operator in partnership with a swamper excavates an area of ground. The water and dirt is vacuumed into the truck
- Servicing equipment, general, maintenance i.e. greasing and oil changes
- Ensure that work is accomplished safely
- Understand & follow Big Eagle safety procedures and core values
- Maintain all Big Eagle tools and equipment to the required standards
- Participate fully in safety programming such as job observations, near miss Stop & Talk card reporting, ad hoc, monthly safety meetings and tailgate meetings
- Ensure that all training is kept current and tickets are accessible
- Understand and utilize the right and responsibility to stop unsafe work
- Seek out continuous improvement opportunities
- Provide customer focused services in all activities
- Training and mentoring new employees
Education, Licensure, & Experience:
- Applicant must have a class 1 driver license
- No suspension due to impaired driving in last 3 years
- No more than 3 moving convictions in last 3 years
- No more than 6 demerits
- No Dangerous Driving or Undo Care & Attention convictions in last 3 years
More Information:
- Previous experience is preferred
- Other service rig, drilling or oil and gas experience is preferred
- Candidates with a track record of hard, physical work in varied and often challenging conditions are also preferred
- All new employees will undego pre-employment drug and alcohol screening as well as fit-testing
