Big Eagle Services has openings for talented Production Vac / Combo Operators to join our team.
JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Production Vac:
Provide general Vac truck operations; door pulls, suck outs, spill cleanup, tank cleaning, turn arounds and fluid transfer
Servicing equipment, general maintenance i.e. greasing and oil changes
Other duties as required
Ensure that work is accomplished safely
Understand and follow Big Eagle safety procedures and core values
Maintain all Big Eagle tools and equipment to the required standards
Drive safely and professionally, obeying all traffic rules at all times
Participate fully in safety programming such as job observations, near miss and Stop Card reporting, ad hoc, monthly safety meetings, and tailgate meetings
Ensure that all training is kept current and tickets are accessible
Understand and utilize the right and responsibility to stop unsafe work
Seek out continuous improvement opportunities
Provide customer focused services in all activities
Training and mentoring new employees
Combo Operator:
Running vac truck and pressure washer
Involves, cleaning tanks, washing buildings, cleaning spills, etc.
Job could require climbing and entering confined spaces under air
Works in partnership with a Swamper on most jobs
EDUCATION, LICENSURE, AND EXPERIENCE:
Applicant must have a Class 1 license
No suspension due to impaired driving in last 3 years.
No more than 3 moving convictions in last 3 years.
No more than 6 demerits.
No Dangerous Driving or Undo Care & Attention convictions in last 3 years.
All new employees will undergo pre-employment drug and alcohol screening as well as fit-testing.
