Batco Manufacturing, a division of Ag Growth Industries is looking for motivated individuals to join our paint line!

Required skills & qualifications:
-Willingness to learn and take instruction.
-Capable of multi-tasking with minimal supervision.
-Must be production, quality and safety orientated.
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
-Attention to detail and the ability to analyze and solve problems.
-Ability to meet deadlines.
-Has effective communication skills.  
-Physically able to meet the demanding requirements of the position for the duration of the standard work day (able to lift up to 50lbs).

Previous experience with the manufacturing of farm equipment and/or having a farm background is an asset.
