Qualifications:
Possession of a certificate in Business Administration or extensive background in Administration and Finance
Must know Simply Accounting
Must have supervisory skills
Must have excellent communication skills both written and oral
Must be computer literate and be knowledgeable with various word processing and accounting software programs
Ability to develop funding proposals
Valid class 5 license
Must have own vehicle and be able and willing to travel
Must be able and willing to work evenings and weekends
Duties / Responsibilities:
To assist the Executive Director on day to day operations of the Yorkton Friendship Centre
Develop proposals
Work in finance
Prepare financial monthly reports
Perform other such duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Executive Director
The successful applicant must provide a police records check
