The Need
Knight Automotive Group, located in Swift Current, Saskatchewan is looking to hire a full-time Journeyman Automotive Technician. We are also looking for Third and Fourth year apprentices. The Automotive Technician is a key member of the Knight Automotive Group service team in providing high quality service to every valued customer. The Automotive Technician's primary job responsibilities of maintaining, repairing and servicing customer vehicles are crucial to overall department and company success. Our Company is seeking a results-oriented individual with an eagle eye for the details.
The Perfect Candidate
- Well-rounded background in automotive service, maintenance and repairs.
- Maintains a valid driver's license and has the ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions.
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to work with team members to understand customer needs.
- Sustains a high attention to detail and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Trade experience an asset.
- Strong aptitude and knowledge of technical and mechanical maintenance and repairs.
- Takes self-initiative to execute tasks but is also motivated in a team environment to achieve common goals.
