Job Description:
Communicating with customers to determine their needs
Perform a walk around with the customer and record information from the vehicle
Enter data into Dealer Management System
Keeping an organized and clean department
Working along with the other departments such as sales and parts
Applicant Must Be/Have:
Proficient computer skills (experience with Dealer Management Systems is a bonus).
Independent, Resourceful, and can work under minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills
Highly organized
Exceptional customer service skills
Exceptional phone skills
Experience in Parts/Service is an asset, but training is available for the right applicant, if no prior experience.
Co-operative manner when working with others.
