Reporting to the Director of Operations, responsibilities include: oversee, guide, and direct all tasks which impact the Guest experience in the evening period. Solid references and knowledge of the Hospitality/Tourism industry is essential. Minimum 3 years experience in guest service. Technical skills should include experience in computer software and knowledge of Property Management Systems.
