Cervus Equipment owns & operates 62 authorized agricultural, industrial, commercial & transportation equipment dealerships in Canada and globally.
We proudly own 4 Peterbilt dealerships and 1 Collision Center in Saskatchewan and 12 Peterbilt dealerships in Ontario.
We are looking for a Service Advisor for our Peterbilt store in Lloydminster.
Reporting to the Service Supervisor you will:
- Create detailed repair estimates and technician job plans
- Create and complete the work orders with accurate information
- Determine warranty status of the repairs
- Review & invoice repair orders in a timely manner
- Allocate technician times on a daily basis
- Provide reporting on all areas of service process
- Confirm quality repair and approve the release of equipment for delivery to the customer
Here is what you will bring to the role:
- High level of attention to detail & objective decision making skills is a must
- Proficiency in common PC applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Mechanical aptitude is an asset but not a requirement
- Basic understanding of financial principles relative to Service Department operations is an asset
