Condition of Employment
-Consent to a background check in order to qualify as a gaming employee
-Obtain and maintain a gaming employee Certificate of Registration from the Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority (SLGA)
-19 years of age or older

-Irregular hours including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
-Could be exposed to tobacco smoke, high noise levels and sharp objects
-Steam and heat (during event service and in the dishpit)
-Chemical substances (cleaners, detergents)
-Congested workplace
-Slippery floors
-Walking/Standing (constantly except for breaks)
-Repetitive motion/coordination (food prep, knife skills)
-Lifting (up to 50lbs)
MAIN DUTIES:
Seasoning and cooking food in a wide variety of preparations. Carrying out general cleaning and kitchen maintenance. Strictly following established processes and standards for safe food production and handling. Other related tasks as required to produce quality meals for Casino guests.
