Description

Qtrade Financial Group is seeking an experienced Insurance Representative/ Investment Advisor to join our fast-growing organization across west central Saskatchewan.  This is a new position based on the successful growth of our existing portfolio.  The successful candidate is a motivated self-starter with a high degree of professionalism and someone who is keen on building and expanding on a successful financial practice. You will report to the Manager Advisory Services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients on personal risk management needs by analyzing data on income, assets, liability and wealth transfer objectives, in conjunction with client goals
- Identify client needs and present appropriate solutions/strategies to meet the assessed needs
- Provide information on a wide range of insurance products
- Promote and support a relationship-based service environment by delivering sound advice
- Ensure outstanding client relationships, products, services, and delivery
- Participate in client and community events
- Achieve growth targets as set out by the corporate strategy

Qualifications:
- 5  10 years sales experience in the Canadian Life insurance industry
- Possess Life Insurance license
- Valid CFP Designation
- University degree, CLU, CHS, ChFC or similar designations are preferred, or commitment to work towards
- Proven experience in meeting sales objectives
- Proven networking and relationship building skills

Flexible and/or extended work hours may be required. Travel is required.
