Description

Regina Catholic Schools is looking for an Executive Director to lead The Regina Catholic Schools Education Foundation.  The Foundation will work independently of the Regina Catholic School Board.  The Regina Catholic Education Foundation will exist as an independent non-profit organization.
The Executive Director would be required to:
    undertake the recruitment and establishment of an independent Board,
    obtain non-profit charitable status
    report to a Board of Directors, provide written reports as required by the Board
    provide the Board with an analysis of progress make by the Foundation,
    collaborate with partners and supporters to build the Foundation, establishes supporting partnerships with donors
    Serve as the spokesperson for the Foundation
    Identifies, researches and pursues funding opportunities
    Implement goals, objectives, policy and strategic directions of the Foundation
    Provide leadership to the Foundation
    Provide daily management oversight on all matters related to the finances and operations of the Foundation
    Undertake a  communications, social media and marketing strategy
    Recruit and training Volunteers to support the work of the Foundation
Candidate recruiting considerations:
    Describe experiences you have to build and operate a Catholic Education Foundation?
    Describe your area of strength. How are you different from others? Where do you out-perform your competitors?
    List any formal or informal training you have taken related to the establishment and management of a Foundation
References
List three current references that could speak to the quality of your work and your capacity to lead others in a non-profit environment.
One reference must be provided by your parish or church.
