As a result of our commitment to our client community we are looking for an energetic person to help out our growing project team in Project Assistant role. The successful candidate will have:
Excellent communication skills.

The ability to plan ahead.
The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Handling all communication for the Project Lead and Deployment Scheduler including but not limited to:
o Scheduling and rescheduling meetings, work orders, deployments.
o Routing communications internally.
Data entry.
Entering and editing time logs.
Cross referencing records.
