Kramer Ltd. has an immediate opportunity for a Manager, Parts South to join our team in Regina. The successful applicant will lead and direct the Southern Parts Division (Regina, Estevan, and Swift Current). Whats involved?
Develop, monitor, and manage annual budgets and objectives for the Parts Department
Promote exceptional customer relations relative to increasing annual parts sales, investigating and resolving customer complaints and visiting customers to evaluate parts service
Supervise and evaluate Parts employees/staff work performance
Assure adherence to Kramer policies and procedures
Promote a culture of safety and customer satisfaction
Whats required?
3-5 years of experience in Parts Counter and Warehouse Operations
A post-secondary degree or diploma is preferred
Strong leadership skills, with a focus on operations/business processes
Effective problem solving skills and experience
A clear and solid understanding of business practices, procedures and operational issues related to the industries we support
Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills
Able to communicate effectively, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills
