Description

As Senior Network Professional, your technical expertise and customer service skills will be instrumental in growing the Saskatchewan client base with a reputable Canadian Networking & Communications firm and Cisco Premier Partner.

In this newly created Saskatchewan role, you will:
-   Support the Senior Account Manager, interact with clients and provide technical expertise.   Work in collaboration with the Senior Account Manager to identify and develop client solutions.  
-   Provide implementation services for clients within the Regina market.    
-   Perform system installations, configurations, troubleshooting and changes on the following device types:  IOS routers/switches; Wireless APs and Controllers; Phone systems (Unified Communications Manager, Call Manager Express, Unity Messaging systems etc.); Security systems (ASA firewalls, CBAC and Zone Based Firewalls); NetApp NAS; Citrix NetScaler, XenMobile and XenApp

REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
-   Diploma in Electronics & Computer Engineering Technology, Network & Electronics Technician or equivalent.
-   Cisco Certifications  minimum at the Professional level.

Experience:
-   About 10 years hands-on technical experience with Cisco, Citrix, VMWare or NetApp.
-   Competent with Cisco technologies: Routing, Switching, Wireless, VoIP, Security, Storage networking.
-   Previous customer service experience in a sales support and/or implementation capacity. A demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence.

-   Excellent attention to detail, communication and organizational skills.
-   Strong team player and demonstrated ability to work independently with little direct supervision.
-   Commitment to continuous learning and ongoing certification.
