Description

Kramer Ltd. has an immediate opportunity for two (2) - Process Improvement Specialists to join our team in Regina. Reporting to the Manager, Process Improvement, the successful applicants will play a key role in the development of standard processes across the organization. If you are a high energy, self-motivated individual who is willing to work hard in a team-oriented environment, we want to talk to you!

Whats involved?
    Identify and implement enterprise wide process improvement activities utilizing LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies
    Provide project management and process guidance and assistance to other team members
    Facilitate Failure Modes and Effects Analyses to identify and eliminate or minimize points of risks through process redesign
    Develop Process Solutions
    Manage processes and procedures and provides a centrally coordinated function
    Ensure continuity of process changes and tests for compliance
    Perform consultation on industry best practices and customer proven process solutions

Whats required?
    Preference will be given to those with a relevant degree, certification, or equivalent experience
    Knowledgeable of the latest industry best practices
    Three to six years experience in process/and or system implementation
    Excellent consultative skills, analytical ability, and strong judgment
    Must be a highly motivated, organized individual
    Strong communication, initiative, and analytical skills
    Superb customer service and relationship management skills
