Education
Successful completion of a one year certificate in a relevant field or a combination of relevant education, training and/or experience.

Experience
Experience in a maintenance department, including the use of general cleaning equipment.
Experience assisting with recruitment, training and coaching of staff while in a supervisor role.

Knowledge
Knowledge of SIGA's guiding principles, structure, and First Nations culture.
Knowledge of SIGA's corporate policies and procedures.
Knowledge of human resources processes, policies and best practices.
Knowledge of WHMIS and other industry safety standards.
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
