Description

Summary You are the first point of contact for the business, you greet all customers that walk in the door and assist them to the best of your ability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Day to day responsibilities along with any other tasks as assigned by your supervisor or management.

Fill out forms, determine charge for service requested, collect deposits, prepare change of address records, and issue discontinuance orders.

Responsible for performing all motor licencing transactions; taking payment from customers for their insurance policies accurately and efficiently.
Attend all SGI training & seminars; continuously stay up to date on SGI changes and bulletins.
Use debit machine to process payments for Knight Archer Insurance. For Policies fill out the proper payment forms.
Prepare courier mail for daily pick up.
Enter daily receipts into SigXP
Scan daily documents and attaching appropriate documents to proper clients in SigXP.
Complete and submit monthly SGI credit card and debit card reports.
Enter in claim information into SigXp.
Sort and distribute all incoming mail from Knight Archer Insurance head office.
Attach identifying Knight Archer Insurance stickers to all brochures and wording booklets.
Maintain a tidy workstation and general office cleaning.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and management.
Ability to speak Mandarin/Punjabi/Hindi and fluent in English, would be considered an asset.
