Duties and Responsibilities:

Basic Function

* Responsible for maintaining the integrity of the physical asset and maximizing the returns from the asset in accordance with Broadstreet Properties objectives.
* Responsible for training and development of all personnel assigned.
* Assists Regional Manager with special projects, administrative tasks, and other non-property management related work.
* Represents Broadstreet at RTB hearings
* Responds to escalated tenant  concerns in a courteous, professional and expedient manner.

General Responsibilities

* Maintaining the Physical Asset:
* Supervises all site staff.
* Delegates and supervises scheduling of site work.
* Completes regular inspections and follow up on site work.
* Confirms that all vacant units/areas are ready to lease.
* Regularly inspects grounds,interior hallways, and all common hallways.
* Approves expenditures in accordance with the budget.
* Places orders, when approved, for all maintenance and cleaning supplies, materials, and equipment.
* Makes recommendations for physical repairs and/or replacements.



Credentials and Experience:

* Undergraduate degree preferred.
* Minimum three years property management experience.
* Minimum of one year of managerial experience, supervising five or more subordinates.
* Training in RTB regulations an asset.

Special Requirements:

* Willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as required for Emergency response and or move in and move outs.
