Dimension 11, a Regina SK based Human Resources organization is looking for an Administrative Assistant who will help the organization with the various aspects of the workflow as outlined below.
Duties
* Filing and archiving folders, keeping the track of office documents
* Maintaining and updating clients database
* Writing and editing business letters, communicating with clients in objective-critical situations
* Operating organizations telephone system, functioning as the first point of contact to clients and other callers
* Providing staff and clients with help on basic computer tasks, such as performing entry-level Microsoft Office tasks or using the web browser
* Printing marketing materials and other documents as required
* Proofreading proposals and other business-related communication, ensuring a high standard in Business English
* Preparing PowerPoint presentations
* Creating handouts, note sheets, booklets and similar material using Word and other software as required
* Sending e-newsletters, online portal information and other materials as per direction of IT/Marketing Director and other executives
* Conducting research for fact-checking purposes and acquiring new information for meeting business objectives
Requirements
* Excellent written and spoken English with a grasp of its use in a business environment
* Proficiency of Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Access
* Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and other Internet applications
* Able to learn using new software quickly
* A commitment to delivering excellent results under tight deadlines
Preference Will Be Given
* Previous Administrative experience
* Knowledge of Adobe InDesign
* Human Resources education and/or experience
