-maintaining daily operations in an efficient and timely manner
-focus on continued customer satisfaction and retention with the ability to resolve customer complaints
-provide training and guidance to service personnel when needed to effectively complete customer service requests
-organize and maintain all aspects of the paperwork associated with repair orders, warranty and insurance claims
-driven focus and ability to implement service goals
