Requirements:
Personal Support Worker
Grade 12 and CCA/SCA Certification or equivalent experience in health field. Knowledge and experience working with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Mental Health is required and applicants with same will be prioritized. Must be able to travel to clients' locations.
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
MUST HAVE CRC COMPLETED (including the vulnerable sector).
JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a member of the client care team, you will provide quality personal care services in accordance to care plans, policies and procedures. Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions allows you to assist with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication assistance, support and direction for life-skills, plus accompaniment to appointments.
