We have a unique career opportunity for someone interested in learning our service business from the ground up via our Management Development Program (MDP). The Program time frame ranges from 4 to 6 years depending on the candidate. This career opportunity is designed for recent Graduates or experienced candidates to gain Operational, Sales and Management experience leading to a position in Branch Management. During the training period, the MDP participant will work alongside individuals in a variety of roles from Service Technicians/Engineers to Managers/Senior staff from different National/International departments. Work involved could be in the field/customer site and in an office setting.

The candidate will gain real hands-on experiences in different aspects of the Crane Service Business as he/she performs the assigned daily duties within a Service Branch. The program is complemented by classroom training offered at the Konecranes Academy. Some overnight travel is required.

The ideal candidate will have:

    Ideally a 4-year Degree in either Business, Engineering, Sales & Marketing or related industrial field required
    3+ years of experience in an industrial maintenance and customer service role required
    Demonstrated commitment to safety and excellence in customer service
    High-level of initiative
    Computer literacy
    Valid drivers' license
    Comfortable working at heights and around industrial machinery
    Open to future relocation
