Job Summary
Assists in the coordination and execution of the movement of merchandise from the back room to the sales floor; assists in the training and development of sales associates as well as in determining priorities for processing and moving new merchandise to the sales floor; identifies and completes merchandise moves based on specific requirements and the needs of the Company; assists in delegating and monitoring Associate workload, and monitors the markdown process.
Qualification
General knowledge of retail operations including and understanding of fashion trends, seasonal events and inventory levels; knowledge and understanding of company policies and procedures; problem solving skills including responding to Associate and customer complaints and analysing information; interpersonal skills including acting as a resource for Associates; issue management skills (time management, conflict management, and information gathering skills; high school diploma; and a willingness to work shifts.
