Description

Reporting to the Casino Services Shift Manager, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for
front-line customer support ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained. This position interacts with
guests and provides/processes information regarding promotions, programs and events occurring in the
Casino, Mae Wilson Theatre and surrounding community.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of grade 10 and six (6) months experience providing
exceptional customer service in person and over the telephone and experience handling and
balancing cash or monetary transactions.

Competencies:
Using a variety of assessment tools such as in-person interviews, written examinations and role plays,
candidates will be assessed against the following competencies:
* Knowledge of and ability to understand and adhere to guest service standards
* Skill in communicating effectively, courteously and respectfully with SaskGaming guests
and co-workers
* Ability to think quickly and logically demonstrating sound judgement and problem solving
* Ability to demonstrate and adhere to the principles of teamwork
* Knowledge of standards, practises and procedures related to monetary transactions and
cash balancing

Conditions of Employment:
You will be required to obtain and maintain a Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority - Gaming
Employee Certificate of Registration. You will be required to work shift work which includes
evenings, nights and weekends. You will also be required to successfully complete and applicable
training programs.
