Duties will be in the administrative, research and developmental basis until the shelter is operational with duties of:
Excel Spreadsheets and fiscal build responsibility
Purchasing shelter supplies
Assist with amalgamation and development of North East Outreach policies and procedures to include shelter programming
Leadership
Administrative and Fiscal Management
Personnel Management
Community Relations
QUALIFICATIONS
Post-secondary education or a combination of education and experience required to fulfill the duties above
Experience in budgeting and financial monitoring
Supervisory experience an asset
Knowledge of nonprofit environment an asset
Experience working with at-risk individuals preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings, nights and weekends
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must be bondable
Demonstrate knowledge of and empathy for victims of interpersonal violence
Must live within the service area of North East Outreach and Support Services Inc. and possess a valid Saskatchewan drivers license
Must be prepared to provide a criminal records check, vulnerable persons check and third party liability
