Description

The POM administrator is responsible for the support of the Vice President of Property and Facilities in co-ordination of delivery of service from the division to ensure quality customer service (internal & external).  Responsibilities include direct, coordinate, and supervise all functions related to the day to day administrative functions of the office.  Prepare and issue training, work schedules, deadlines and duty assignments for administrative staff. Utilize and maintain the WebTMA maintenance and work order system to ensure tracking and consistent delivery of service.  Development of the WebTMA system to track usage for divisional inventory, purchase orders and invoices, utilities, build inspection templates and the Area management program.  Provide status reporting to the Executive Management Team. Contribute to the strategic plan and vision of the redevelopment of the facility by providing admin support, research assistance and organization to the Vice President of Property and Facilities.
Grade twelve (12) education, supplemented with five years office administrative experience.
Demonstrated experience in EventPro, and TMA.
Demonstrated experience in a computerized environment with practical knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Advanced level Excel skills.
Minimum typing speed of 50 wpm.
Accounting experience is preferred.
Supervisory experience is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to define and analyze problems and develop solutions.
Ability to operate a wide variety of office equipment.
Candidate must also possess and maintain a valid Criminal Record Check
