The Customer Support Department is seeking a highly motivated, well-organized individual with excellent interpersonal skills to join their team. As a Customer Support Service Advisor with DirectWest, you will collaborate with our internal Media Advisors to process all directory advertising contracts and forms. The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely, accurate production and tracking of display and creative advertising, value-add products and customer proofs for the print and online directories.
Typical Duties
1. Compiles, enters, edits & proofreads basic contracts, service orders and ensure all procedures and guidelines are followed in an accurate and timely manner.
2. Checks and verifies telephone numbers for accuracy of name, address and telephone number and updates systems records.
3. Resolves all queries with SaskTel service representatives, selling companies, other service providers, advertising consultants and or the customer to ensure accuracy.
4. Checks galleys for accuracy of listings and display ads.
Qualifications for this position include:
1. Minimum Grade X11, with Certificate or Diploma in office education or 2 years experience in a related role.
2. Must have demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to work well with others and take direction.
3. Strong computer skills with the understanding of Microsoft Office Applications.
4. Basic knowledge/comfort of digital technology and social media platforms.
