As the Location Manager you will:
Support the goals of Cavalier Agrow and its customers
Lead your team and manage all aspects of daily operations
Development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies
Support and mentor fellow employees
Logistics and Inventory management of fertilizer, seed and crop protection products
Account management
Differentiate yourself and the company to increase sales and market share
Identify agronomic services opportunities. Development and implementation of business plans
Build client/customer relationships by providing sound agronomic solutions
Requirements:
Five or more years related business experience
College Diploma or University degree in Agribusiness or Agronomy is an asset
Passionate about agriculture
Organized, self-directed and self-motivated
Excellent time management skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Have a positive and upbeat attitude
High degree of oral and written communication capabilities
