FirstOnSite Restoration has an opportunity for a Administrative Assistant out of our Saskatoon branch.
Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for general reception, administrative and office clerical functions. He/She will provide administrative support services to the team with a view to optimizing the team results.
Responsibilities
Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries
Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files
Sort, process receipts from vendors to accounts payables and other documents
Timesheet entry, transaction reports and Credit Card reconciliations for job costing as required
Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing
Priorities vendor inquires to Project Mangers
Note relevant information and results on internal database system (CT)
Qualifications
College Diploma or certification; or combination of relevant training courses in related fields and relevant experience may be acceptable in lieu of the academic requirements.
Minimum of 1 year experience in Administrative capacity or office environment
Experience in the insurance and/or restoration industry are assets
Must have strong communication skills and critical thinking
Computer skills required in Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to be easily trained on other software.
Typing skills 60wpm
Ability to accurately perform Data Entry
