Role Summary:
Servicing Operations handles all aspects of servicing MCAP and Subservicing mortgages. The Receptionist/General Administrator is responsible for performing specific functions related to residential property taxes and general office administration. These functions are required in order to maintain a performing mortgage asset and ensure customer satisfaction. The Administrator is expected to be an expert or specialist in the functions that they are accountable for.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative office support to front line staff, including but not limited to filing, mail, courier and french support related to inquiries and investigations
Provide branch office duties such as supplies, reception, facility management, logging of cheques and bank deposits
Ensure that work in progress and completed work meets the established standards
Ensure work scheduled the Manager is completed in a timely and accurate manner
Investigate and fix accounts as required
Reconcile various reports
Provide regular updates and feedback to the Manager
Identify and recommend opportunities within Servicing Operations for process improvements to the Manager
Knowledge (Education / Experience)
Office administration certificate preferred
