FUNCTION SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Facilities Manager, the candidate will be responsible for the following:
1. Maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on barn ventilation and Del-Air systems
2. Repair electronic ventilation & troubleshoot electrical issues
3. Work with volt meters, ventilation measurement devices, etc.
4. Train maintenance employees on how to rebuild parts for fan motors
5. Track repairs & maintain inventory throughout all units
6. Train unit employees on how to set up ventilation systems, how to run ventilation controllers, how to maintain system and troubleshoot issues
7. Special project installations & system upgrades
8. Ensure via Central Purchasing that parts inventory is kept at sufficient levels
9. Other related tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
Electronics Systems Engineering Technology course or equivalency;
3 years of work experience;
Advanced computer skills - Excel, Word;
Leadership skills and team player;
Good judgement and ability to analyse and summarize;
Customer service oriented (production).
