Homes by Dream is looking to hire a Construction Coordinator to assist with coordinating construction efforts through in-house and contract labor for new house construction.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Schedule & coordinate applicable stages of home construction.
- Prepare & maintain construction schedule, evaluate issues with progress.
- Assist to identify and resolve all issues in normal operations and manage communication for all schedule disruption.
-Communicate with construction manager or General manager regarding concerns about construction progress.
- Interface with sub-contractors.
- Assist site staff in organizing work related to construction of home.
- Respond to inquiries from sales staff regarding project status and schedule.
- Organize & coordinate necessary paperwork for suppliers & sub-trades.
- Create material lists, review orders from suppliers, issue purchase orders, change orders.
- Attend weekly construction meetings and provide schedule updates / issues.
- Other duties as requested.
