Responsibilities:
Performing on-site installation and repair of dental office equipment in an efficient and timely manner
Ensuring customer issues or concerns are addressed professionally and in a courteous manner
Ensure company vehicle, test equipment and tools are maintained in excellent condition
Bench test devices in a shop or home based environment
Requirements:
A working knowledge in electronics and/or mechanics (experience with pneumatics and hydraulics an asset)
Ability to work independently
Strong technical aptitude
Ability to manage a physically demanding position
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Positive, can-do attitude and customer focused approach
Self-motivated, ability to prioritize and organize workloads with little supervision
Valid Class 5 drivers license (must provide a drivers abstract)
Some evening work required
