Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
The Manager is responsible for monitoring and managing the work performed by all contractors under contract for the purpose of constructing the FFTH Network.  
The Manager is also responsible for ensuring all phases of construction as outlined in FSA (Fiber Service Areas) for the quality and control performed by the contractors.  
Responsible for collecting all pertinent data as I refers to as completed as builds on a weekly basis and during the final inspection for compliance and acceptance by the customer.  
Maintains and provides management reports on construction, installation activities.
Completes all necessary administrative requirements related to group and project management.  Submits production and quality reports on a weekly basis.  
The Manager is responsible to monitor and report on all schedules as outlined in the construction schedules to ensure target dates and quantities are met.

Education, Experience, Qualifications and Desired Skills:
Three year college diploma in Engineering Technology or equivalent, (desirable).
Five to seven years prior related experience, with responsibilities in management and supervision.
Sound technical knowledge of existing and emerging telecommunications infrastructures.
Solid computer skills with respect to work processing and spreadsheet applications.
Self-starter with a great deal of autonomy.
Excellent time management.
Understanding of schedules.
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
