Position:    Receptionist
Term:    Part time, evening position
Location:    CBI Physical Rehabilitation Centres, Saskatoon

Description:  We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic individual with strong reception skills.  The Receptionist works in conjunction with the administrative team to ensure excellent customer service.  Some of the day-to-day duties consist of the following:
    Answering the telephone and greeting patients;
    Scheduling appointments and creating and maintaining patient charts;
    Entering patient data, charges, collecting payments, and issuing receipts.

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
    Proven ability to multitask in a busy office setting;
    Excellent customer service and communication skills;
    Effective time management and organizational skills, ensuring deadlines are achieved.
