Casual Office Support Clerk Regina Campus

SIIT is looking for a qualified Casual Office Support Clerk to join their team at the Regina Campus. The Casual Office Support Clerk will assist the office during busy times and cover for time off.
Duties:
Perform a wide variety of administrative duties for the SIIT Campus.
Adhere to the established office procedures and systems to ensure smooth office operations.
Prepare mail-outs, assemble information, photocopying, faxing, mailing and collating.
Ensure administrative details are handled in accordance with SIIT policies and procedures in a timely manner.
Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the SIIT Campus.
Record daily student call-ins.
Receive, record and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
Knowledge of the functions, purposes and programs of SIIT to answer routine inquiries.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Certificate in Office Education or related post-secondary experience.
Must demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Effective interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to organize, prioritize and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Able to provide prompt, efficient, and courteous service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Access, Power-Point, electronic mail and internet applications.
Ability to deal with situations with discretion and confidentiality.
Knowledge of First Nations traditions and culture will be an asset.
