Role Overview
AMEC E&Is Regina office is looking for suitable candidates to fill the Intermediate / Senior level Materials Technologist position.

Key Responsibilities
         Multitask and prioritize work in a team environment
         Responsible for good client service
         Assist in business development and prepare budgets for prospective projects
         Train and supervise junior staff
         Provide quality control and quality assurance on a variety of laboratory and field testing projects including aggregate production, concrete, asphalt and field density programs
         Preparation of field reports
         Other responsibilities may include assisting other geotechnical and environmental staff with field investigations, geotechnical instrumentation, and sampling.
         Out of town work should be anticipated

Role Requirements
         A diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or relevant experience
         Ideal candidate with 5+ years of related materials testing experience including aggregate, concrete, and asphalt testing is preferred, but applicants with less experience will be considered.
         CSA certification for field and laboratory concrete and testing is considered an asset
         Experience on construction projects in Canada is considered an asset.
         Must be well organized and have the ability to manage and prioritize several tasks at one time to ensure a commitment to excellent service and technical excellence
         Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required.
         Applicant must hold a valid Class 5 drivers license
