The Foam Lake Golf & Country Club is seeking a highly motivated person to manage the grounds. Reporting to the Executive Committee, the successful applicants responsibilities will include:
- Supervision and scheduling of all grounds staff (3 - 4 full-time employees).
- Proven ability to guide, lead & motivate employees and to build and maintain positive relationships with the executive, staff & golfing public.
- Control and maintenance over entire grounds including water sytem.
- Maintain and service all grounds keeping equipment, tools, and shop equipment.
- Seasonal position running from approximately April 1st to October 31st, weekend work expected.
- Previous greenskeeping experience at a golf course facility an asset.
