Description

Colliers International is looking for a Research Coordinator in our Saskatoon office. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a comprehensive commercial real estate market platform, with complete and relevant   information resources to support the sales and marketing efforts of the Brokerage team.

Summary of Essential Job Functions:

*  Conduct a variety of information searches (lease and sale comparables, zoning restrictions, etc.) utilizing internal and external resources.
*  Information collection, verification and entry into the MS Access database.
*  Develop a thorough understanding of additional corporate tools and programs
*  Develop comprehensive research projects on the local commercial real-estate market (i.e. market reports).
*  Track market activity by exploiting internal and external resources.
*  Prepare quarterly market reports and other marketing material.
*  Develop additional research tools.
*  GIS and mapping tools
*  Other duties as required.

Required Skills:

* Undergraduate degree required.
* Computer proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word and PowerPoint) and especially strong skills in MS Excel & MS Access.
* Ability to work with mathematical concepts and apply operations.
* Excellent writing, analytical and verbal presentation skills.
* Capable of creating a structured workflow in an unstructured environment utilizing a creative and solution-oriented approach to tasks.
* Works well under pressure, able to multi-task and prioritize efficiently.
* Committed to ongoing learning.
* Valid drivers license and vehicle.
* Familiarity with Google Earth or other GIS applications.
* Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
* Strong relationship-building ability, proactive, results-oriented, and resourceful.
* Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy, excellent product quality and attention to detail.
