Description:
Reviewing laboratory analytical reports.
   o Ensuring quality assurance meets standard operating procedures standards.
   o Reviewing and understanding reports in our Environmental Reporting System.
   o Comparison of raw chromatographic data and processed data to Reported Data.
   o Utilize ERS computer software to correct the data and package.
Will be part of a team responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients which may include:
   o Answering multiple technical questions in a timely fashion.
   o Ensure lab results are delivered in a timely fashion.
   o Ensure client special requests are fulfilled as per their specifications.
   o Ensuring all QC measures have been met before reports are presented to the client
Proactively ensures overall satisfaction of client base including communication to management team as appropriate.
Research all client inquiries to complete resolution, enter corresponding orders/quotes with complete documented follow up.
Provide clear, concise and accurate information to operations as it pertains to client projects (including but not limited to rush and ongoing projects).
Report analytical results to clients within expected turnaround times (TATs).  If necessary, provide clear and concise instructions based on report findings.

Qualifications:
Post-secondary degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
2+ years experience in a laboratory setting and customer service
Interact with clients on a daily basis, helpful, good natured and friendly under pressure
Fluent in English, both writer and verbal
Good computer skills.
Must be able to work well both individually and as a team
  Must be organized and able to multi-task  Must have excellent time-management skills.
  High attention to detail.
